We are seeking results-driven Associates to join our team and participate in our growth.

Our Corporate requirements are focused on numerous areas with an emphasis on accounting / digital marketing / CRM & Information Management skills. We provide management and advisory services for companies in distress and during a turnaround or liquidation process. Our teams are continuously transitioning from one project to another to meet our clients’ requirements. Thus, flexibility and adaptability are very important.

We are seeking CFO/bookkeepers who are CPAs, who can analyze information, recreate financial statements, or operate accounting functions for our clients. Need to be comfortable functioning in very fast-paced environments. In many instances, we are working with companies to provide guidance through financially distressed situations.

We are looking for individuals with digital marketing/web design/email marketing skills. We take over marketing for our liquidation events. Part of our services for our clients is to recreate their digital footprint and use the internet and social media-based marketing to dispose of inventory. We need creative individuals who work in fast-changing environments. A certain level of web design and marketing background is required.

We are also seeking Associates with CRM and information management skills – with emphasis on Salesforce.com. We are transitioning our client management and internal communication and data storage to a Salesforce and looking for candidates that have provided architecture input and user input with at least 5 years of salesforce transition management.

We have clients across all industries. In many instances, the banks or lenders are our clients and seek a workout solution for existing loans or investments. In other instances, companies hire our services directly. We work across all industries. We have 4 main verticals – Valuations, Advisory, Liquidation, and Bankruptcy. We also have 4 specific industry sectors that we focus on – Energy, Healthcare, Real Estate, and Home Furnishings.
