Associate, VP & Director Positions

We have established a strong presence in our chosen sectors, expanded into adjacent industry verticals, and are now experiencing a record level of client and deal activity. We seek an Associate to join our team and participate in our growth.

We focus on advising companies, banks, investors during turbulent and unexpected times. Our clients are primarily headquartered in the U.S., with a handful overseas.

Our typical mandate is maximizing the monetization of distresses assets. We also work closely with banks and investors to provide valuation services for collateral used in financing and investment decisions. These mandates may involve liquidation of assets, mergers, sales of portions of companies, and also advising on raising new capital from institutional funds such as Private Equity, Mezzanine Debt and Alternative Lenders.

We are seeking an Associates, VPs and Directors (recent graduate to 7 years’ experience) to focus primarily on client-related work, and to assist with equity research and business development activities.

The right candidate will possess strong project management, corporate finance, and transaction execution experience. This will require interpersonal skills, to support client executives and senior firm executives, along with project management, presentation authoring, corporate finance and industry research skills. The right candidate must be able to thrive in a team environment, be willing to travel and willing to work hard.

We have clients across all industries. In many instances the banks or lenders would be our clients and seek a workout of a loan or investment. At times companies hire our services directly.

We work across all industries. We have 4 main verticals – Valuations, Advisory, Liquidation, and Bankruptcy. We also have 4 specific industry sectors that we focus on – Energy, Healthcare, Real Estate and Home Furnishings.

The qualifications that we look for, include, but not limited to CPA’s, lawyers (bankruptcy and contract law), and Financial Analysts in our corporate offices. We seek individuals with retail management experience. We seek candidates with flexibility of managing retail, wholesale and manufacturing environments on site with ability to travel.
