Field Operation Positions

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced team environment with a leading advisory firm. We have established a strong presence within the home furnishings industry and are now experiencing a record level of deal activity.

We are currently seeking field operation associates to join our team and participate in our growth. We pride ourselves on the experience, professionalism, and character of our team members who provide services ethically and always with our clients’ best interests in mind.

We provide solutions and services to help our clients maximize the monetization of distressed assets focusing on the home furnishings industry which includes retail, wholesale, auctions, online, and manufacturing. We work in an ever-changing environment where travel is mandatory. Our teams are continuously transitioning in the field from one project to another therefore flexibility and adaptability are a requirement.

We are seeking highly motivated associates with experience in retail operations for the following: project managers, field consultants, office managers, data entry specialists, auction supervisor, sales associates, warehouse/inventory management, and experienced delivery drivers.

We are seeking associates with a college degree or 7 years of field experience. Candidates must have retail store operations experience with the flexibility of working in retail, wholesale, and manufacturing environments on-site with the ability to travel.

We will provide a base salary, travel allowance, and performance-based incentives. Only apply if you have what it takes to be part of a performance-driven team.
